Transitioning through the site, the traditional circulation path is reimagined as a permeable groundcover of warm-toned gravel, fostering a deliberate tactile experience that enhances the psychological quality of leisure and grounding within the private realm.
The De Maja House facade draws on a clear American architecture, which is elevated through a curated palette of silvery, sensory planting. This softscape strategy provides a sophisticated contrast to the structure while engaging the senses through varied textures and scents.
